A new app has launched allowing motorcycle owners to rent out their motorcycle in the same fashion as AirBnB allows rooms to rent. Apparently the company behind the app automatically covers all motorcycles with insurance for the duration of the rental period, up to a maximum of 6 months.
Riders Share is US but aimed at the world market, currently there are over 500 motorcycles advertised in the US but only a few outside that but as it’s a new service the numbers are expected to grow considerably as word gets out.
This could a be a great option if you are planning a trip overseas being cheaper than renting
